Faced with a steadily increasing City population as well as its own staff and Police Department outgrowing a shared and aging building, the City of Harrisville, Utah approached Blalock + Partners with the task of designing and constructing a new City Hall and Police Headquarters. The project follows the completion of the neighboring Harrisville Public Works facility and is designed to continue a cohesive, civic campus frontage along the new 1750 N.

Providing a programmatic combination of City administrative services and Council Chambers with an appropriately sized, modern Police Department, the project efficiently prepares the City’s staff and Police to grow with and serve the community.

Construction is anticipated to begin in late 2025
